The Copyright Office of Vietnam and the Republic of Korea’s Copyright Commission have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on cooperating in copyright and relevant rights at a recent seminar.

Under the MoU, the two sides will increase the exchange of information and documents relating to law and technology in this field, boost human resources development, and create favourable conditions for studying and exchanging experiences.

Participants at the Dec. 13 seminar also discussed issues on the two countries’ copyright, including a system to protect online copyright, digital communications, as well as strategies to develop measures to counter copyright violations on the internet.-VNA
