President Truong Tan Sang made the suggestion to Kang Chang-hee, Speaker of the RoK National Assembly, in Hanoi on January 15.

Sang said that similarities in history and socio-culture, with large communities from both nations residing in each other’s country, are the foundations for long-lasting mutual friendship and cooperation.

The State leader said he hopes that the numerous achievements reaped by both sides in the last 20 years will be multiplied in the next 20 years.
