A delegation from the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology led by Prof. Duong Ngoc Hai, Vice President of the academy, paid a working visit to Vladivostok city, Russia from July 12-15.
During the visit, the Vietnamese delegation engaged in discussions with the Presidium of the Far Eastern Branch under the Russian Academy of Sciences about the contents and mechanism of cooperation between the two sides, focusing on sea and ocean research.
The delegation spoke highly of the results of the discussion and believed there were good prospects of cooperation between the two agencies.
