Hanoi (VNA) – No new COVID-19 infections were recorded in Vietnam as of 6pm on April 27, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

The total cases in the country remain at 270, with 225 recoveries and no deaths.

A total of 52,428 people are being quarantined for health monitoring across the country, including 323 at hospitals, 11,311 in other facilities and the remaining at home or place of residence.

The steering committee’s Treatment Sub-committee reported that three more patients tested positive again after being declared to have fully recovered. They are patient No. 74, who is a 23-year-old Vietnamese man; and patients No. 207 and No. 224, both of Brazilian nationality.

Therefore, the steering committee urges people to continue following epidemic prevention measures./.
