The Government leader made the affirmation at a reception held forvisiting Sri Lankan Minister of Justice Rauff Hakeem in Hanoi onApril 23.
Apart from justice, the two countriesshould further elevate cooperation in economics, trade, investment,education-training and culture, Dung suggested.
Expressing his thanks to Sri Lanka for its recognition of Vietnam asa full market economy and its support for Vietnam ’s candidacy tothe United Nations Human Rights Council, the PM added that he hopes thetwo sides will continue to back each other in multilateral forums,especially the United Nations and the Non-Aligned Movement.
Dung hailed the outcomes of the bilateral talks between the Sri Lankanminister and his Vietnamese counterpart Ha Hung Cuong, as well as thememorandum of understanding on cooperation struck between the twoministries on April 22.
For his part, Hakeem saidhis country wishes to further boost justice cooperation with Vietnam,propelling bilateral cooperation in other areas.
The visiting minister clarified that his country hopes to receivesupport from Vietnam, in particular experience sharing in multilateraljudicial assistance, conciliation, legal assistance, law building andexecution, and training of experts to deal with international disputes,legal and judicial reforms.-VNA
