Vietnam technologies introduced at Thai fair

Bangkok (VNA) – Vietnam’s technological products are introduced toThai and internationalfirm and technological research centresthrough Thailand’s National Science and Technology Fair 2015 in Nonthaburi province from November 14-25.

Sheet-metal corrugating technology serving the construction sector and household activities, and data compressing technology applying for Internet television, security camera, and high-quality online conferences are the two Vietnamese main products being displayed at the exhibition.

Vietnam’s policies related to business and investment climate and tourism have been also informed to international visitors.

Phung Tuan Long from the Vietnamese Embassy in Thailand highlighted the significance of the exhibition, affirming that it serves a venue for Thai technological research centres and those in regional countries to seek and set up investment cooperation.

He expressed his hope that Vietnamese enterprises will actively take part in the event.

First organised in 1986, the event is the largest science and technology exhibition held annually in Thailand, attracting much attention from the public .

This year’s event has drawn the participation of businesses and scientific and technological research centres of Thailand and other countries, including the US, Japan, the republic of Korea, and China. It is hoped to lure over one million visitors.-VNA
