Vietnam to attend Lancang-Mekong meeting, Boao Forum in China
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh will attend the first Lancang-Mekong Cooperation leaders’ meeting and the Boao Forum for Asia in China, from March 22-24.
