Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Thien Nhan has approved Vietnam joining in the proposed regional policy and advisory technical assistance (R-PATA) project, said the office.

Deputy PM Nhan assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to be the coordinative body to regulate cooperation activities between relevant Vietnamese agencies, including the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs and those institutions of the GMS countries involved in human resource development.
