Vietnam will join a regional technical assistance project on urban development along the Mekong Sub-region corridor, according to the Government Office.
Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Sinh Hung has assigned the People’s Committee of the central province of Quang Tri to collaborate with its Tay Ninh Province counterpart to participate in the project.
The Deputy PM also agreed upon a proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MoPI) to take part in the Regional Research and Development Technical Assistance (R-RDTA) project.
The MoPI will coordinate with relevant ministries and agencies in carrying out this project./.
