Vietnam, UK elevate ties to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership

Vietnam and the United Kingdom have issued a joint declaration on the elevation of the Vietnam-UK to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership. The announcement was made on October 29 (local time) following a welcome ceremony and talks between UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer and Party General Secretary To Lam, who is on an official visit to the UK. The meeting took place at the Prime Minister’s Office at 10 Downing Street in London.
