Vietnamese, Angolan armies to boost exchanges

Lieut. Gen. Luong Cuong told visiting Angolan Minister of Former Combatants and Motherland Veterans, General Kundi Paihama, during their talks in Hanoi on September 12 that the VPA is willing to share its experiences in civil poverty reduction and measures to maintain policy for people rendering service to the nation.
At the meeting, the two sides agreed that Vietnam and Angola have recorded many achievements in a wide range of cooperative fields from socio-economic development, investment, trade, healthcare and education to national defence.-VNA
