Vietnamese fashion photographer makes his mark

Twenty-two-year old Vietnamese photographer, Anh Le, won first prize with his entry ‘Ông già và biển cả’ or ‘the old men and the sea’, at New Exposure, the international fashion photography contest sponsored by Vogue, Red Camera and Bottega Veneta.

This contest saw entries from almost 500 photographers across the world.

His unusual elaborate piece work was presented as a story in pictures and broke new ground in the photography world, which impressed observers and especially the jury.-VNA
