Tokyo (VNA) – The Vietnamese-based Vitalify Asia Co., Ltd. has unveiled its robotic process automation system specialising in making real estate predictions.

The system, named Hankyou baizo kun, was developed by members of the company’s Mobile Al Lab team. According to Vitalify Asia, participating engineers have been ranked in the top one percent on Kaggle – a Google platform for predictive modelling and analytics competitions in which companies and researchers post data while statisticians and data miners compete to produce the best models for predicting and describing the data.

It will be operated by RPA Retech Lab Co., Ltd. – a partner of Vitalify Asia in Japan – on the site https://www.rparetechlab.com/hankyobaizo/.

The AI-powered system automatically selects and nominates suitable property projects for customers, a job that is normally carried out by knowledgeable real estate agents.

Founded in May 2008, Vitalify Asia focuses on developing mobile apps, websites, and AI technology in Ho Chi Minh City. It also runs an office in Tokyo, Japan. –VNA
