The survey also showed that the understanding of the cause of air pollution is higher in regional countries such as Singapore , Malaysia and Indonesia .
Only 27 percent of the Vietnamese surveyed cited fossil fuel as one of the leading causes of air pollution, as opposed to 55 percent of Singaporeans and 47 percent of Malaysians./.
