An exhibition showcasing documents related to ‘nghê’, a Vietnam’s mythical lion, is taking place in the central coastal city of Da Nang.

On display are 200 documentary images and drawings to introduce and distinguish the Vietnamese sacred animal from that of other countries.

The exhibition helps the public, especially artisans, access scientific findings and historical documents to understand more about the characteristics of typical Vietnamese sacred creature.

The exhibition will last until August 30.-VNA
