At the meeting, Cuban Ambassador to Mexico Manuel Francisco Aguilera de la Paz expressed his admiration for Vietnam’s victory in the two wars under the leadership of the CPV and President Ho Chi Minh, affirming that the victory is a valuable lesson for Cuba in building its defence strategy.
The Cuban Government and people thanked Vietnam for its support for Cuba ’s revolutionary cause, he said.
For his part, Vietnamese Ambassador to Mexico Le Thanh Tung thanked the Cuban Embassy for holding the event, stressing the fraternal relationship between the two countries./.
