Five Vietnamese students in the UK recently held an art exhibition in
London sharing their stories about the first days as overseas
students and how they gradually adapted to the new situation and pursued
their passion for art.

Through such media as photos and paintings, the expatriates and a fellow from China ’s Hong Kong want to deliver a message on the need to adapt to a multi-cultural host society, said student Nguyen Ngoc Mai Huynh from the University College London.
The week-long event in early October attracted a large crowd of locals.
Last year, around 8,000 Vietnamese students studied at universities in the UK , far more than in any other countries in Europe. -VNA
