Deputy Chief of the General Staff of Vietnam People’s Army, Lieut. Gen. Vo Van Tuan received visiting head of the Thai Royal Development Projects and Security Coordination Centre, Lieut. Gen. Dhanayod Pringthongfoo in Hanoi on September 17.
