Vietnamese women confident in digital transformation process
Innovation and technology, especially in the field of digital transformation, are priorities for the Government and ministries. Vietnamese women have, over recent years, made great efforts to catch up with these trends, increasingly participating in the digital transformation process and mastering science and technology.
Thanks to the application of science and technology in production and the transfer of traditional sales to electronic platforms, the products of many women-owned businesses have found success.
Women make up about 37% of the tech workforce in Vietnam, higher than the world average of 25%. It is necessary to encourage them to participate more in the field in the future, helping them find greater career opportunities.
Amid digital transformation, experts have emphasized that women need to be more confident and proactively create trends and lead the changes so that no one is left behind./.
