Vietnam exported over 79 million USD worth of goods to Algeria in the first nine months of the year, representing a year-on-year increase of 2.5 percent, according to statistics released by the Algerian Customs.

Rice and frozen seafood registered increases of over 7 million USD, reaching 16.8 million USD and 7.6 million USD respectively.

Footwear export posted a year-on-year increase of 646 percent, fetching more than 2.4 million USD.

Coffee, with a value of 43.9 million USD, saw a decrease of 40 percent compared with the same period last year.
