This was announced by Nguyen Quoc Ky, Vice Chairman and General Secretary of the Vietnam Tennis Federation (VTF).
Together with Vietnam , Cambodia , Hong Kong , Malaysia and Qatar will also compete in this group.
Ky added that Nam will also be a key player of the national team that will compete in the 28th Southeast Asian Games in June in Singapore , as the VTF has withdrawn his ban from all competitions from December 31 last year.
The 18-year-old player has moved up 28 spots to the 42nd in the International Tennis Federation's latest junior ranking.-VNA
