Vietnam’s real estate project contributes to Laos’ development
The real estate and golf course project
in the outskirts of Vientiane, Laos, funded by Vietnam’s Long Thanh

Tunalom, Vientiane’s deputy mayor, on February 17.

Covering an area of 557.4 hectares, the 1 billion USD project, the largest foreign-invested one in Laos, will include a 36-hole golf course, a five-star hotel, a villa resort, a trading centre and a school.
The project is in the land clearance period and expected to finish 9 holes on the occasion of the 450 th anniversary of Vientiane.
Once operational, it will create a new face for Vientiane and contribute to Laos’ socio-economic development./.
