Vietnam’s trade surplus to Indonesia reaches 60 million USD
Total bilateral trade turnover between Vietnam and Southeast Asia’s
biggest market Indonesia, reached 2.2 billion USD in the first six
months of this year, of which Vietnam enjoyed a trade surplus of 60
million USD.

According to statistics from the Trade Office of the Vietnamese Embassy in Indonesia , Vietnam exported 1.13 billion USD worth of goods to Indonesia in the period, up 20.1 percent and imported 1 billion USD, down 1.7 percent from the same period last year.
Indonesia bought more coffee, minerals, telephones, chemicals, electric cable and steel products from Vietnam , while purchasing less rice.
The two countries aim for 4.6 billion USD in bilateral trade value this year.-VNA
