Vietnam-Slovakia political consultation opens
On April 12, Vietnamese Deputy Foreign Minister Ho Xuan Son and his
Slovakian counterpart Peter Burian held a political consultation at
deputy ministerial level in Hanoi.

Slovakian counterpart Peter Burian held a political consultation at
deputy ministerial level in Hanoi.
The two sides briefed each other on socio-economic situation of each country, discussed measures to further strengthen traditional friendship and multi-faceted cooperation between the two countries, especially in politics, diplomacy, economics, trade, investment, education-training, culture and tourism.
They also exchanged regional and international issues of mutual concern. Both sides affirmed their determination to continue working closely with and supporting each other at international forums.
The two deputy ministers highly valued results of cooperation between the two foreign ministries over the past years and agreed to further expand the regular political consultation mechanism to foster bilateral ties.-VNA
