The Russia-Vietnam oil and gas joint venture, Vietsovpetro, o n July 19 inaugurated four new classrooms at No Trang Long primary school in Dak Glong district, the Central Highlands province of Dak Nong.

Built at a cost of almost 2 billion VND funded by the joint venture, the new facility will improve studying conditions for ethnic minority pupils in Quang Son commune.

Earlier on July 15, a nursery school built with the joint venture’s financial contribution was put into use in Jin hamlet in Cu Ne commune, Krong Buk district in the Central Highlands province of Dak Lak .

In the last two years, Vietsovpetro has donated 10 billion VND to help build seven education and health facilities for the Central Highlands.-VNA
