These sim cards, worth 400,000 VND each, will be delivered to sea fishermen under a joint programme between Phu Yen Telecom and Vinaphone from August 24 to 27.
Using these exclusive sim cards, fishermen can make domestic calls at half price, receive free sea weather forecast or other useful information such as sea fishing experience.
Vinaphone has designed these sim cards uniquely for sea fishermen in an effort to reduce difficulties that sea fishermen have been facing with while taking their sea voyages.-VNA
