The national flag carrier, Vietnam Airlines (VNA), has announced that it will launch seven direct flights a week between Hanoi and Kuala Lumpur from June 16, raising the total number of flights from Hanoi to Malaysia to 21 every week.

There will be four additional flights between Hanoi and Singapore as of June 16 and seven more flights on the Hanoi-Bangkok air route as from July 16.

Additionally, the airline in coordination with the Vietnam Airlines Service Company (VASCO) will open the Can Tho-Con Dao air route on June 1, serving passengers every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

The two new air routes launched in June will help raise Vietnam Airlines’ service to 37 domestic and 45 international routes./.
