This is one of the foremost exhibitions in the food processing industry and attracts hotels and restaurants from across Asia .
Now in its 27 th year, the fair has 565 stands displaying a wide array of food stuffs and services, with hundreds of businesses from 19 nations. This year, the Viet Hung Food Industry Company becomes the first Vietnamese company to take part in the event.
Vu Tien Dung, the company’s Marketing Director, said that the company spent six months researching the Indian market so it could make a real impact at the fair. With a population of 1.2 billion, India is a huge potential market for the company’s products.-VNA
