“This shows the confidence of the international community in his contribution,” Nguyen Phuong Nga said on June 23 in response to reporters’ queries about Vietnam ’s stance on Ban’s re-election.
Vietnam believes that with the cooperation of member nations, Ban Ki-moon will make more contributions to UN work and the peace and development of all nations, she said.
Vietnam always attaches importance to multifaceted cooperation with the UN and will continue to work closely with Ban Ki-moon, Nga affirmed./.
