The “For Victims of Agent Orange” Fund of the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) on Oct. 13 presented gifts to 10 families of AO/dioxin victims in the southern province of Binh Phuoc .
Authorised by the Fund’s management council, the VNA Bureau in Binh Phuoc handed over 500,000 VND to each of the families in Dong Xoai town, who have suffered various disadvantages.
Earlier, the bureau also donated 20 million VND to finance the construction of houses for AO victims in the province.
Over the past six years, the Fund has doled out more than 50 million VND to support the unfortunates in Binh Phuoc./.
