Orange/Doxin victims and people with disabilities in Nho Quan district,

Five wheelchairs and blankets along with other Lunar New Year gifts were provided by VNA’s “For Agent Orange Pain” Fund in coordination with Ninh Binh’s Association for Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims.
The association also presented 131 gifts and 50 wheelchairs, financed by its Agent Orange/Dioxin Victims Fund, to the families of victims.
