Apart from donating Aquatabs, BKG Water Solution also provided 6,250 USD to organise training courses on using Aquatabs for staff from Red Cross chapters nationwide.
The Vietnam Red Cross plans to distribute water purification tablets to people in the central provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Quang Tri province.
The quantity of Aquatabs tablets received by the Red Cross can purify nearly 40 million litres of water.
Aquatabs are produced by Medentech-Ireland and have been licensed by the Ministry of Health since 2008./.
