The festival, the first of its kind to be held in the province known as Vietnam ’s rice basket, will take place from November 26-30. It will feature more than 20 events, including exhibitions and seminars on Vietnamese rice and a number of cultural activities.
It aims to honour Vietnam ’s wet rice culture, promote rice production through the increased application of modern technologies and create a recognised trademark for Vietnamese rice./.
