This is an important project in human resources development and training for Khammouane province, and also one of the key projects of the Year of Solidarity and Friendship between Laos and Vietnam in 2022 in order to celebrate the 60th anniversary of bilateral diplomatic relations and the 45th anniversary of the signing of their Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation, he added.
