More than 120 delegates from 19 central cities and provinces attended the two-day event which was organized by the Ministry of Education and Training in collaboration with the Party Central Committee’s Commission for Education and Popularisation, the Vietnam Study Encouragement Association and UNESCO Vietnam.
Participants focused discussion on the role and responsibility of Party committees, authorities, communities and individuals in creating opportunities for people to participate and benefit from lifelong learning.
They shared experience in how to build a learning society at grassroots level and implementing plans under the national project in the field to 2020.-VNA
