The programme will connect young expatriates from 11 countries, who will meet at Vietnamese embassies or diplomatic offices in Russia, China, the Czech Republic, Singapore, France, Cuba, Thailand, Poland, Laos, Japan and the Republic of Korea, with their fellow peers at home in Hanoi.
The event is to encourage young expatriates to talk about their desire to unite young Vietnamese people living overseas as well as share their experiences and make recommendations for the nation’s development./.
