in Ha Long city, the northern province of Quang Ninh, on October 18-19.
The festival will honour the best creative ideas and inventions by Vietnamese citizens, aged from 16 to 35 as well as groups of young people in the fields of agriculture, industry, security-defence, health, education, environmental protection, administrative reform, transport and post and telecommunications.
The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union organisations in cities and provinces nationwide will select outstanding ideas and inventions in their localities, particularly those that have been applied successfully in reality, to submit to the festival.-VNA
