The spending is expected to come from the State budget, local budgets and other sources.
The 3,041km route will start from the Nui Do-Mui Ngoc port in the northeastern province of Quang Ninh ’s Mong Cai town to Ha Tien border gate in the southern province of Kien Giang .
Between now and 2020, 892 km of road will be built and upgraded. After that, construction and upgrade will be continued on 1,058km./.
