AEBF 13 to increase Asia-Europe trade ties

As much as 300 delegates representing leading businesses in the sectors of energy, logistics, mining, and banking are scheduled to participate in the event, which is on the threshold of the 9 th Asia-Europe Summit Meeting.
During the course of six sessions, the delegates will put on table a wide range of issues, such as growth prospects of Asia and Europe, challenges of the environment and food security, effectively management of natural resources and inter-regional connectivity.
The forum is expected to get foreign businesses updated on the host’s investment environment, especially in the agriculture sector, which is of Laos’s strength, said the organiser.
Up till now, all preparations for AEBF 13 have been completed.-VNA
