"This is a big job and needs a lot of discussions. However, we are confident that we can finalise it by this year," said Om Yin Tieng, Cambodian senior Minister and Chair of the ASEAN Inter-governmental Commission on Human Rights (AICHR) in 2012.
According to the ASEAN Secretariat, the AICHR will host its first meeting on the declaration in Siem Reap, Cambodia on Jan. 8-9, ahead of the ASEAN Ministerial Meeting./.
