Canada funds project to protect workers
The Embassy of Canada on January 14 announced that the Canada Fund for
Local Initiatives 2013-14 has granted 24,448 CAD (23,800 USD) for
Canada's Health Bridge project "Protecting the rights of domestic
workers".

Health Bridge and its partners have been working to protect the rights of domestic workers through support for legislative development and a supportive environment for policy implementation in Vietnam.
From 2013 to 2014, the project is being implemented in Hanoi in partnership with the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs, civil society organisations, mass media and domestic workers.-VNA
