Hanoi (VNA) – President Tran Dai Quang sent heartfelt condolences to his French counterpart François Hollande on July 15 over the widespread loss of life in a terrorist attack in Nice city on late July 14.

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc also extended condolences to his French counterpart Manuel Valls.

The same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh offered his deepest sympathies to French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault on the heavy losses the European nation suffered.

The terrorist attack in Nice on July 14, the French National Day, killed at least 84 people and injured many others.-VNA
