According to the Da Nang Today online, b efore the new centre began operating, its employees were sent to the GROP Company for training and internship.
Its first project is to implement a customer information management system for one of the largest restaurant chains, with over 700 outlets, in Japan.
In the near future, the centre aims to attract customers in Japan who are using BPO services in China.
The centre is expected to earn one million USD in revenue by late 2015, and this should increase in the years ahead.
BPO is an inevitable development trend in the era of globalisation. It is predicted to become one of the top technology trends because it is suitable for the wave of global labour division.-VNA
