The inauguration of the dormitory at the provincial Vocational Guidance Education Centre for Blind Children was held by Thua Thien-Hue provincial Blind Association on November 28.
The French Hope Childhood Association donated almost 1 billion VND (about 47,000 USD) to fund the total construction cost of 1.2 billion VND.
Earlier, the French association also granted more than 16.5 million USD to upgrade the functional rehabilitation room at the centre.-VNA
