Each video clip should last three minutes and feature specific characteristics of the capital and the daily life of Hanoians today.
Videos should be sent to the Hanoi Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, 47 Hang Dau Street before Match 26. Entries which pass the first round will be posted to www.thanglonghanoi.gov.vn for public voting.
Winning works will be used as promotional films for the anniversary and will be kept as part of a cultural preservation project for future generations./.
