Considered an effective measure to reduce traffic congestion at intersections, the flyover will be the eighth in Hanoi .
Expected to cost 156 billion VND (7.3 million USD), the 277 metre flyover will alleviate congestion in both directions.
However, the committee has yet to decide the date to start construction for the flyover as it depends on the capital disbursement plan.-VNA
