Screenings of the Future Shorts Festival, the world's biggest pop-up film festival, will take place in Ho Chi Minh City on Aug. 12 and on Aug. 15.

The Morning Stroll, which won the Jury Award at Sundance Film Festival, and We'll Become Oil, which takes place on the Bay of Mexico , will be shown at Fun Society, located at 73 Mac Dinh Chi Street , on Aug. 12 at 7pm and at Snap Cafe, located at 32 Tran Ngoc Dien Street, on on Aug.15.

The Future Shorts Festival showcases the most exciting short films from around the world. Anyone, anywhere can set up a screening and be part of a massive screening network and a powerful global community.

Since November 2011, festival screenings have taken place in over 144 cities and 55 countries with an audience of more than 25,000 people experiencing a showcase of the best short films, often alongside live music, DJs and art.
