According to the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam , the official award ceremony will be held at the Japanese Imperial Palace on November 8.
The embassy said that Phuc won the award for his efforts in steering Japanese investment in Vietnam, strengthening bilateral economic cooperation with the Japan-Vietnam Joint Initiative, and implementing Official Development Assistance projects over the past 20 years.-VNA
