cooperation agreement with two Japanese partners in Ho Chi Minh City
on April 27.
Under the agreement, Japan’s Daio Paper Company (Daio) and BridgeHead Investment Fund under the Development Bank of Japan (DBJ) will hold a 38 percent stake in SGP and have roadmaps to continue investment in the company.
Besides capital, the Japanese partners will also provide comprehensive assistance in technology, management and human resource training for the Vietnamese company.
On the occasion, SGP received ISO 14001 certificate and the State’s third-class Labour Order./.
