messages from worldwide parties, organisations and friends on the
occasion of the 11th National Party Congress, which opened in Hanoi
on Jan. 12.

- The Party for Democracy and Progress of Burkina Faso
- The Secretary General of the Tunisian Constitutional Democratic Rally
- The Labour Party of Mexico
- The Socialist Party of Chile
- The Equality Institute of Chile
- The Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with foreign countries
These new congratulations have raised the total sent to the CPV to 164 by the end of Jan. 14, according to the External Relations Commission of the CPV Central Committee./.
